Our run leaders are all volunteers who have completed a Leadership in Running Fitness course run by England Athletics. They are committed to helping members improve their running in a professional way while still having fun. Run leaders plan and lead club sessions. Groups are based on each runners' ability but run leaders may not always lead the same group.
